Wheaton, IL (March 19, 2013) — Crossway is pleased to announce three titles among the finalists for the ECPA 2013 Christian Book Awards.

In the category for Bibles, the ESV Global Study Bible received a nomination. This is a one-volume study resource for globally minded Christians everywhere. It’s designed to be highly accessible and value priced for global distribution.

The Explicit Gospel, by Matt Chandler with Jared Wilson, has been nominated for the Non-fiction category. Chandler’s first book is a call to true Christianity, to know the gospel explicitly, and to keep it central in our lives and ministries.

Michael Beates’ book, Disability and the Gospel, also received a nomination in the New Author category. Beates explores key bible passages on brokenness and disability, teaching believers first to embrace their own brokenness and then to embrace those who are more physically and visibly broken.

Winners will be announced at the ECPA Awards Banquet on April 29, 2013.
